Oh no! We strive to only send you high innovative products with good packaging. If you receive a damaged item and would like to exchange it for another one that's not damaged, contact us and we can see if an exchange is available! Otherwise, we absolutely do our best to include in a future box.
You can then just include the damaged item with the rest of your returns. We'll leave a note on your account to ensure you won't charged for the damaged item.
According to our past experience, the majority of the packages will be delivered within the time frame promised by us.
On occasions orders can take much longer than the quoted delivery time frame to arrive. International deliveries, in extreme case, can take up to six weeks longer than quoted depending on the locat postal service.
If your package does not arrive by the promised time, please contact us and we will help you then. We appreciate your patience.
Please be advised that your shipping adress cannot be edited or cancelled after the order has been processed or shipped. Cancellation of order is allowed on or before 10:00pm EST on the same day. After that time, cancellation will no longer be entertained.
